$25 deposit required to book an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Appointment Policies

❀ No refills over other artists work

❀ Must arrive with no makeup

❀ Must arrive with clean lashes, if not: a $10 fee will be applied for a lash bath.

❀ Contact lenses must be removed prior to appointment

❀ No guests; unless approved

❀ Please: no phone usage if it will disrupt the appointment

❀ Must wear a face-mask. The mask mandate is still in effect in the state of Illinois.

Cancellation & Late fees

Late fees will be applied. If you arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment, a $10 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation due to late arrival/no call-no show results in a 50% service fee. If appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment, there will be a 50% service fee applied to the card on file.

Why?

My job is to ensure you receive the best experience/service possible. If the appointment is rushed, this is no longer a guarantee. I will not work in a rush. Please be considerate of this when booking.

After hours/Squeeze-in Appointments

To book an appointment outside of available times, message me with request of specific time. There will be an additional 20% service fee.

A fill in service should be booked within 1-3 weeks after full set has been applied. Only book a fill in if 40-50% of lash extensions remain. If less remain, book an appointment for a full set; or extra fee will be applied at appointment.
